This Privacy Policy explains how we collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the LAMAYAQ Android mobile application (Package Name: com.secure.lamayaq) for competitive examination preparation, including the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination (CSE), State Public Service Commission (State PCS) exams, and future competitive exam modules (such as JEE, NEET, etc.).

• Study & Performance Data: We collect app usage and academic progress data, including quizzes attempted, mock test scores, subject-wise accuracy, bookmarked questions, and time spent studying, to generate personalized performance analytics.

• Device & Technical Information: We automatically collect technical metadata when you access the App, including device model, operating system version (Android API level), unique device identifiers, app configuration settings, and crash logs to ensure app compatibility and stability.

• User Data Deletion Rights: In full compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time. Upon verification, your personal data and study records will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.

5. Children’s Privacy

LAMAYAQ is built for aspirants preparing for higher competitive examinations. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take immediate measures to remove that information from our servers.
