Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, accessing, or using the LAMAYAQ Android mobile application (the "Service" or "App") developed and operated by Gaurav Chaudhary.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LAMAYAQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the App and remove it from your device.

 

2. Educational Purpose & Question Source Disclaimer
Study Aid Purpose: LAMAYAQ is an educational practice tool designed to assist aspirants in preparing for competitive examinations, including the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE), State PCS examinations, and future supported exams.
Source of Questions (Previous Years' Questions): Not all questions provided within LAMAYAQ are original. A significant portion of our question bank consists of authentic questions sourced from previous years' examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and various State Public Service Commissions (State PCS). These previous year questions are utilized strictly for educational, practice, and reference purposes to help aspirants understand actual exam patterns and standards.
No Guarantee of Selection: While we strive to maintain accurate answer keys and explanations, use of LAMAYAQ does not guarantee passing scores, qualification, or selection in any official examination. Official notifications, syllabi, and answer keys released by the respective examination authorities (e.g., UPSC, State Commissions) always supersede any content provided within this App.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights
App Ownership: The original source code, app design, visual graphics, user interface, original explanations, and custom mock tests within LAMAYAQ are the intellectual property of Gaurav Chaudhary and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Public Examination Content: Questions sourced from official government examinations (such as UPSC and State PCS previous years' papers) remain the property of their respective governing bodies and are included under fair educational usage.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App or its database for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Gaurav Chaudhary.

 

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities
By using LAMAYAQ, you agree:
To use the App strictly for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes.
Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or cloud-syncing infrastructure.
Not to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical security and performance of the App.

 

5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gaurav Chaudhary be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
Your access to, use of, or inability to use the App;
Any typographical, factual, or technical errors in the question bank, answer keys, or study materials;
Any loss of study progress or data due to technical anomalies or device incompatibility.

 

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

 

8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. Significant updates will be reflected by changing the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued usage of LAMAYAQ after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
